Each crusher is completely disassembled, steam cleaned & thoroughly inspected for cracks, wear & damage.

All critical dimensions & tolerances are taken & compared to factory specifications. If major components do not meet these specifications, they are remanufactured to "like new" condition.

Head centers are reconditioned to factory specifications including the inspection & remanufacture of the following:

• Mantle Seat
• Headball & Seals
• Shaft/head fit

All bushing/bearings are inspected and replaced as required.
All cylinders are tested, repaired or replaced as required.
